Our online training is the first of its kind. A holistic training scheme, designed by our professional coaches from all around the world to cater to you, the public. Every class will be a 1 hour fun filled session conducted by our coaches, guided by our moderators and enjoyed wholly by all our members together.

Things to note:

               1.            Yoga mats can be used during core exercises but not during striking. This is to prevent slipping and injuries

               2.            Comfortable sports attire would be most appropriate

               3.            Works best with bluetooth earphones as we would like to view your whole body for correction and guidance
