How do I register as part of MAD Store?
I don’t know how to setup my store.
Don’t worry, email to merchant@madstore.biz or contact us at 019-986 7289. During this COVID 19 MCO period, we are reachable 7 days a week, from 9am to 6pm.
Can I type in Chinese for my goods and meals?
Yes, you can. Our website supports English, Chinese, and Malay for our consumers to search in their preferred language.
How do I check my sales on MAD Store?
Simply log into your Business Portal, and click on “Order Management”. Your sales figure is listed in tables of Daily Sales and Total Sales.
Can I provide my own delivery service?
Not at the moment, but soon! Currently, we are still looking into the logistic merchant for you. However, do keep an eye out for our next update on this!
How do I receive my payment, and how long will I have to wait for them?
Our financial team will bank in to the account you have provided in the form. Settlement will be made every 3 days.
Any registration fees?
Nope.
Any commission per sales made?
Yes, at only 10%.
