Our training is the first of its kind. A holistic training scheme, designed by our professional coaches from all around the world to cater to you, the public. Every class will be a 1 hour fun filled session conducted by our coaches, guided by more coaches!! and enjoyed wholly by all our members together. Class Passes to be used physically at our gym at Gamuda Walk.

Things to note:

               1.            Comfortable sports attire would be most appropriate, no shoes required as we train on high quality Tatami mats.

               2.            Shower room and water dispenser provided, bring along your clothes to shower and a water bottle to refill your water.
